We provide a sacred, private and confidential container which recognizes each of our individual participants as truly unique and differentiated, yet a vital part of something much greater…a deeper sense of autonomy with a community, in which the sum is greater than the parts.

Phase 1: Preparation

We carefully prepare your body/brain, gut microbiome and mind to receive plant medicine in a way that provides the greatest potential for sustainable change, growth and evolution. This foundational work ensures you approach the ceremony phase with clarity, intention, and physical readiness.

Phase 2: Immersion

A 5-day immersion retreat in the pristine land of Costa Rica, surrounded by the beauty of nature in a safe and impeccable container with 6-Star luxury and comfort. Highlights of your immersion include:

  • 3 sacred plant medicine ceremonies in a highly precision, intentionally curated, private container

  • Nourish your body temple with high vibration, organic, locally sourced food, Nutritional IV Drips, bodywork, cold-plunge, conscious movement practices, meditation and breathwork

Weekly coaching calls provide the structure and accountability needed to integrate your experiences. This critical phase helps you:
